Shoe covers on, tools in hand, and went straight to work on our kitchen plumbing and garbage disposal. I was impressed by how efficiently he and his colleague operated. Even after the project was completed, they stayed extra time to test everything and make sure it was working optimally. Incidentally, they noticed some aging in our sink pan and offered to caulk the borders as a courtesy. Joseph from “Golden Rule Plumbing Servises” installed my new water heater in the house, which, I should add, was a very complicated job, as the water heater is located in the attic with a rather very narrow attic door. But he mastered it with tremendous professionalism. He took time to cover up the entire area from the attic to the front door with plastic, to prevent any damage when removing the bad water heater. Joseph was very knowledgeable and humble. He also gave me great advise on how to make sure that I get the best out of the newly installed water heater.
