They do not attend phone calls or reply to emails. I had an appointment scheduled by my home warranty company and Eastern Mechanical just ignored appointment and did not even follow up. Beware of this company.

Primarily included installing flush valve systems in toilets, which is a standard task generally known by most experienced plumbers. After technician left, one toilet leaked into the downstairs and a second toilet kept running water. Tried to contact them for having someone sent over to fix these issues they created but no response.
