Staff was friendly and helpful. Car was nice and got good gas mileage. Only negative is the parking area is usually crowded and difficult to maneuver in. I have always liked Enterprise and will continue to use them when I need to rent a vehicle.
My experience with Enterprise it's really upsetting. To start out with I was giving a car that I doubt was fully inspected before I received it because on my way home from traveling the windshield wipers malfunction ( bent backwards) while I was driving in a rainstorm. I couldn't see and could have possibly died on that Highway. I informed Enterprise about this and all they did was apologize and offered extra points my on my next purchase. Reminding you that I could have lost my life that day. My bill ended up being $193 somehow they charged me $200 which I let slide .To make matters worse they just sent me a bill and charge my credit card a month-and-a-half after I paid for my rent a car for a citation in a state that I didn't even drive through. It was a citation for a toll road in District of Columbia and both routes I used a no toll route and never went through that area.I called the citation office to find out what was going on and they said that they had nothing to do with it and I would have to call the District of Columbia and work it out with them. Either someone has the same license plate as the car I rented or they are scheming me. I am so unhappy with the service and would never recommend Enterprise to anyone. A headache waiting to happen....
I did not get the car I wanted. However, I really appreciate the fact that the rental agency team has sought its commitment to make me happy by reach out over the phone and keeping me posted regarding the availability of the car. I really appreciate their endeavors and dedicated commitment.
Rented Kia Soul...nice vehicle as it is not quite an SUV but not a sedan. Drives great, my only negative was that the gas needle was on 1/4.
The gentlemen that work there were nice and upbeat, but the manager (a young woman) needed more training and technical assistance on providing better quality of services. For Enterprise as a company to allow their cars to be overbooked for a holiday week is unprofessional and damaging to one's travel plans. The reservation was made weeks prior, but when we arrived, the manager had cancelled the reservation. This could have been catastrophic for my travel plans to see my mother and family, but thanks to Budget car rental that provided an affordable alternative (with no deposit required) we were able to make it out of town. There was a sense that only people of color seem to have experienced their reservations being cancelled, but can't confirm this.
