The guy there Felix is the absolute worst!!! I have rented from this location 3 times hoping it will get better and it never does not only that I have called numerous times to tell Avis how rude and demeaning he is and they still won't do anything about it. The only thing they offer is to return at another location which is a huge inconvenience. I literally go all the way to RDU to rent a car just to not deal with his attitude and disrespect. He will literally go crazy off of a little gravel in the car from your shoes and tries to make you take the car to Auto Bell down the street to get it vacuumed. I have never had this experience at any other rental place!
Absolutely wonderful staff that went above and beyond to fix a problem caused by Avis at the Greenville airport! Armanda set me at ease on the phone and even remembered my name later that day.
