The one and only person I've dealt with here is Maggie. She's rude, inconsiderate, on the phone (obviously) with her friends and, has no idea how to check a car when you drop off or pick up. At pick up my husband and I told her of multiple dents & scratches, very low tire tread and scuffed up wheels. Her answer was simply "oh we don't care about those things". So, she noted nothing until drop off, of course. Then she asked me about the dents and scratches. What an idiot. She opened the car, checked mileage and gas level. Apparently she noted that the rear seats were down but failed to check anything else so now, 2 days later she is calling me because she has a problem with the cleanliness of the interior. Told her my husband vacuumed the car prior to drop off, as we do with any rental or loaner. In my opinion it's common courtesy, especially considering we have two children under the ahe of 5, but Maggie thinks it implies we have done something that needs to be covered up...by vacuuming. I will never use this location again. In fact, they are so rude and incompetent I doubt I will ever use the Budget (or Avis) name again.
Pick up wasn't too bad. I got a great car that was nice and clean. My grandfather helped me sign for it since I do not have any credit. The down fall was dropping off. 1 st they couldn't find my slip. They had nothing showing I rented a car. Once we got all that figured out I filled out a accident report because a rock hit the windshield while I was driving. Small little crack about the size of a quarter. So I filled that out. They charged my grandfathers card after telling me I can use mine to pay for it all then once we got all that fixed I left. Then my grandfather calls saying they were threatening to charge his credit card for the windshield! I called them back extremely upset! I filled a accident report out and already called my insurance to let them know. They apologized Bc they mixed me up with someone else. I'm sorry but I will never rent from here again.
Great rental place. I rarely encounter any problems unless it's a shortage of automobiles. Other than that, I receive great service from Felix. I am a frequent renter.
