Take your pet else where. Staff especially manager is rude I have never seen a place of business treat customers like that. It makes me wonder if they treat customers that poorly then how well are they treating / caring for your pets when you do a drop off. I no longer have any confidence in the staff at this location.
I have been taking my pets here for years. I couldn't see going to another place. The staff truly treat my dogs like family and with a huge smile. There service is amazing.
The front desk staff is never friendly. They couldn't care less about me or my dog. And don't ever be on time, because they always wait at least 15 minutes after your appointment start time to actually check you in. The ONLY reason I still go here is because Dr. Trzebiatowski is amazing. If he ever wises up and leaves that place, bye-bye Banfield!

I gave them one star because you can't go any lower. Our dog was injured next door at the grooming salon, and the Hospital was made aware of it immediately. Nearly a month later they are still giving us a runaround about seeing him. I have called corporate and we are now at the point where we will probably take him to another veterinary clinic and try to bring an action to recover that cost. While my dog is able to walk and I have been trying to treat the injury I can see, the lack of caring and compassion at this store is appalling. They are so lazy that it is a miracle if they answer the phone the last hour or so of the day (call and see for yourself).
