We've been taking our dogs there for years to get groomed and to the vet. I saw new staff recently, and something is up in the grooming department. My dog went to her last vet visit with no problem but the last time I took her to get groomed she was terrified and refused to go with the groomer. I had never had that issue before, I'm not sure what happened for her to now be scared.

Do not take your dog here to get groomed! They don’t deserve the one star.
