Staff was unattentive and honestly disrespectful both to customers and to each other. Two of the gentlemen working the line where more focused on berating each other than on what was taking place around them. Also I don't ever remembering being asked "Do you want chips?" as I always thought they were complimentary.
Fast service, great food freshly prepared in front of you. Staff was considerably courteous and pleasant.

Food was great! Environment was not clean and looked messy, did not see the grade of the restaurant posted. Honestly.
The new chicken dark meat is absolutely disgusting. Guessing this was a cost savings attempt. PLEASE bring back the original chicken. Until Moes switches back, unfortunately they have lost a loyal customer forever. Will be visiting Qdobo or Chipotle going forward.
Food fine and restaurant was fairly clean for the time that I went (late lunch hour).
