Vince was our server...........SPECTACULAR!!!!! From the very moment we walked into the restaurant, the staff were all smiles, courteous, and amazing! When we placed our order Vince asked for my wings to be cooked fresh, he didn't even know me and said to me, "ma'am I'm having your food freshly cooked, hang in there" 5 minutes later the food arrived, and they are packed out! Great customer service....Vince....you rock buddy!

Worst place to work. My daughter started working there 2 weeks ago. We had a family emergency and she couldn't leave without be fired. The manager in knightdale Nc had a very nasty attitude with me and my daughter. Told her if she left, she was quitting because he was trying to run a business. As a parent I don't wont her working for a company who doesnt care about or value their employees. I will be calling corporate on him.
Ordered a To-Go order at the bar thinking that i could have a drink and the food come out quickly. 40mins later I’m asking the waitress what’s taking so long and the food miraculously comes out 2 mins later. I know it’s Applebee’s but this was completely unacceptable
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! We placed our order I asked for my salad to come out with my food, but the salad comes to our table. Twelve minutes later here comes the food. We asked for mustard 4 times before we got it! As I began to eat my salad, low and behold there was a plastic top in it, smh! What a dang shame!!!!! My wings came out and there was only six on the tray, smh! The manger apologized but by this time I was fed up, this was disgusting!
