Didn't have what I needed,and said there was 2 in store,no one around to help me but I was in a hurry so I'm gonna check different store in Raleigh nc.
I stopped in to purchase some flowers to brighten the front of my house. I asked an employee a couple questions and not only did I get the answers I was looking for, I also got suggestions to help my display pop! Love this store.
Customers returning your product are still your loyal customers. They may buy many more of your products in the future unless... You give them good reasons to avoid you due to experience. Not everyone retuning items without a recipt is part of a criminal gang!
Stopped in Lowe's to get lumber to repair the deck. Got a load on the cart and checked out quickly, which was nice! Exit the building under the drive through to a man and woman unloading their van load of kids and blocking the walk thru to the parking lot!! Lowe's Manager, can't you do better than this for your contractors?? Tow these people that block the way!. And the parking lot was empty!!
