Joined in May, 2017. Cancelled in June, 2017. Rejoined in August, 2017. Worked out for a week, out of nowhere a staff member walks up to me saying "we need to speak to you about issue with your account."
It's not even about the money, just a bad business. Will never join again.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very clean facilities. Equipment is always working properly. Affordable and a Great place to work out!
I asked the manager why wasn't I notified by phone, mail/email or when I cancelled or when I rejoined? He says "we all make mistakes." Cancelled the account immediately.
He tells me about a balance of $15 from May. I reply "how can there be an issue if I've cancelled my account in June (nobody brought it up), and rejoined a week ago? This is the first time I hear of this." He gets the manager.
Staff here are always very encouraging and helpful!!! Great price, especially if you tan! However is normally really crowded after normal working hours when you would want to work out.
Went to the bank and got transaction history, and see that not only have I paid what they said was a declined transaction, but paid more than what they said the fee was.
The staff is awesome and friendly. Its extremely clean and they have a variety of machines.
Alex is great! Great customer service... he should get a raise.
