I haven’t been there yet but it sounds awesome
Parties are good for all ages and both boys and girls. However, the teeny bopper staff is either untrained or uncaring. For our recent party in October 2015, the teen girls had heat BLASTING at 80 degrees or more!! EVERY parent complained!! Kids are about to run and be active and parents are too hot to STAND! Not one table was set up nor chair. No assistance was offered. For 1.5 hour party, it should be ready to go! It's $50 for another half hour - sooooo NOT worth the price! Especially with staff that stand around and do nothing! I had to run the rope and foam pit for safety (kids were knocking into others heads while swinging on the ropes and teeny bopper airhead did NOTHING) and for chaos. So every child had a turn and kids stopped cutting the line. I wondered what am I paying for? Staff did not help in prepping, running party, supervising, cake cutting nor cleaning. With their increasing prices, it doesn't make sense to pay the same for LESS SERVICE and more work!!! Knightdale Gym lost a lot of potential future customers! Too bad for kids have fun and it could be so good.
Great instructors, great equipment and great team members. (The bathrooms are amazingly clean as well!)
