Went to get my IPhone 7 screen replaced. The first time I left, the phone would freeze on a white screen randomly which it had never done before. I went back in, they replaced the screen and then the next day my touch screen totally stopped working. I went in and they told me it probably was a bad batch of screens and for me to come in a different day when they got the new shipments in. Now, I have to take my phone in AGAIN to get the screen replaced with a non-defective replacement. I have wasted hours for a simple task. All they have said is that they can refund me my money, but I would be given a defective screen rather than one of the new shipment screens that they just got in. Very disappointed and highly regret bringing my phone in to get fixed.

My iPhone has been acting up for a month, not holding a charge, turning off, etc. I hate the idea of paying $700 for a phone, so, I was going to go to the Apple Store and let them put a new battery in it. I remembered that there was a Batteries Plus in Knightdale, NC. So, I called them. They had the battery. So, I went online, made an appt for 1 1/2 later and when I got there the gentlemen got me all fixed up. I certainly do appreciate their expertise and their kindness. Oh, and the $10 off coupon, when they were already cheaper than Apple was a plus, TOO!!
