I had a really great experience at Ample Storage. I walked in to get pricing information and was given great customer service. Katherine provided me with exceptional rates that were better than what I was receiving at another local storage center. The units are clean and secure.

Clean modern facility, great access and staff is terrific. Tanisha was professional, kind and helpful throughout our lease. Complimentary use of their moving truck when moving in was definitely a plus.
I had a negative storage renting experience with a prior company, so I wasn't too eager to go through this process again. However, Taniesha Walker made the experience so pleasant. I wanted to view several sizes before making my decision, and she went a step forward and offered suggestions of other units also. Once inside the office, she reviewed all possible promotions and I was able to get a larger unit at about 1/2 the price of another facility just a mile down the highway, and this location was so clean and much newer. Whenever I have a storage need, this will be my first choice because of the customer service I received; the price is just icing on the cake.
