Never have good sales
Just went into this store. There were 3 clerks standing behind the counter. I was the only one in the store. None of them acknowledged me or asked if they could help. All they did was look up their vacation time in the computer and talk about it. Never going back.
After trying on several pairs of sandals, I purchased a pair from the *Clearance Section*. They seemed to work for me at the store and I tried them on again at home (7/25 & 7/26). They didn't work anymore..lol. I attempted to return them on 7/26 and was told NO they were worn! I said yes, I wore them in the store and at home to see if they would work for my trip. After he talked to several other associates (possibly a manager), he returned to tell me that the sandals didn't look worn when he sold them to me the night before. So -- I asked do you think I'm a liar. His response, no but we didn't sell them to you that way. Needless to say, I will not be returning to the Rack Room Shoes in Knightdale.
