Iam new in this school this is my first year there and it's amazing I love it so much and ilove all the teachers there
every class is cold its like they never turn on the heat pizza is served everyday eww
Knightdale is a terrible school. Last year everyone thought knightdale was going good and making changes then soon as this year came it turned around again. There has been almost 30 fights already in 1 semester. That’s ridiculous we haven’t even reached April yet and it’s been that many fights. And people are getting jumped in this school all the time. There are gangs here and people have sex on campus. People bring illegal substances to school ( weapons, marijuana, drugs, etc ) the hallways smell like weed and teachers don’t even grade work. Last year knightdale was going great there were only about 5 fights in the whole school year.l everyone thought knightdale would become a great school again. Now just almost everyday there is a fight on campus weather it’s in the hallway, bathroom or classroom. I recently saw a fight a group of boys jumping this 1 boy at the buses and he was covered with blood. Please stay away from this school. And the staff don’t even let the kids have a chance to talk they will suspend them without even knowing what happened. About 6 people got jumped this year. We’ve been in school for about 4 months and it’s turning out bad. DONT GO TO KNIGHTDALE
i give this school one star because for one the teachers and admin are outrageous and never listen, this doesn't explain all of them but it explains most, they are only worried about if you turn in the work, not if you actually learn it, nobody cares if you know the material, they care if your grades are up, they don't care about your well being, they don't even care about you, at the end of the day its about how you reflect on them, like are they good for this position, are they teaching the material right and that's all they care about, because they wanna be embarrassed by anyone reflecting badly on them, there are so many fights and conflicts in this school, what does this school do? they put these two people in a room together alone to "work out their problems" , you don't solve conflicts between two people like that, and you definitely don't take away half of their day to do so, the 8 hours that they are in this school, means it is education time, it means it is collaboration time, not mediation time. honestly if i could go to any other school, i would in a heartbeat. i'm not saying this school is terrible but its pretty close to it.
Went there until I graduated in 2014. Used to be a horrible school for opportunities. Principal Jernigan Baker was also trash. Please remove your kid from her school if she is the principal. Although the teacher community is loving KHS had hostile principals. I heard the new one is a lot better.
