Absolutely worthless. The girl working on 5-31 up front on the left side needs to be fired. Horrible attitude. I know mail must be sent, but avoid this worthless location. Never again.
Terrible customer service... the service Rep Tiffany acted as if I was bothering her when she came to the desk. I said Good Morning her response was "Hey" pause while she finished what she was doing then " can I help you". I handed her my pick slip which she snatched from my hand, brought back my mail typed in something and just stated " sign" s she pointed then said "write your address" after the whole transaction was over she handed me my mail and then said " you welcome as if I was being the rude one". Customer service is awful everytime I have to go into Knightdale post office.
I wish I could give 0 stars because both of the women who consistently work here have 0 customer service. I go here daily because it is our local post office and every time I go they have an attitude. One is always smacking on chewing gum and the other one acts like customers presence irritate her. Its very disturbing to have to go to a place like this and receive poor customer service. Attitude is everything. I know we all may experience some annoyance at our job but the least people could do is pretend to at least have some professional courtesy when in a position like this and operating with the public. Its like they hate working there. Nobody is asking them to do anything besides their job.
I have always found them to be very courteous and efficient. There was a little snag when I stopped my held mail from being away on vacation. I emailed the help center (this was on a Saturday afternoon) and a lady from the Knightdale Post Office called me within an hour (at this point it was 7pm) and she had my mail delivered to my home within 10 minutes - that same evening. Now that's service.
