Service was great! I had an urgent move of some items that day and they were able to get me a storage without a bunch of fuss. Even when I had difficulty with the lock, the guy (forgot his name) working that day walked with me to show me how to get in the storage, and walked back to give me a new lock. I just spent less than 20 minutes renting a storage unit online. The process was very quick and easy. I had a few questions so I called customer service, and spoke with Alexa. I would like to mention there was no wait to speak to someone. Alexa was able to answer all of my questions as well as provide some great additional information!
I spoke with Hannah over the phone - she was very sweet and helpful. The initial lease process went smoothly. I also rented a 10 foot moving truck -- this process went smoothly as well. When we arrived to the storage unit we were greeted w/ a nice bag and a FREE padlock. The area is secure w/ lights and cameras on every corner. I hope my stay here remains as pleasant as the move-in
