12.27.2017. 3pm. After waiting 15 mins. for our expensive small burger plates.... We find out our order was lost. Waited another 10 mins. There goes my lunch break. Had to eat on the way back to work. $27.86 for 2 small bacon burger combos. I'm such an idiot.
They did not update their hours online. Said they didn’t have a chance and we’re pretty nasty about it. Guess five guys is no longer on my fan five list. Thanks but no thanks. And I really enjoyed their expensive burgers.
Been to this location dozens, maybe even over a hundred times. Great service, the perfect burger and amazing fries. All I could ask for is a new one of those fancy coke machines.
This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered Cajun fries and got home and they were regular very disappointing!!
Their burgers are good and large. I always get the little cheese burger. Fry portions are generous. Free peanuts.
