More than an hour for food shouldn't be acceptable ever anymore. Call and the manager says he's on his way, well more than your and no food, no apology or anything. I'm sure there are businesses that would appreciate customers a little more. Update. No food, called and asked if they were going to charge us the $50 for no order and they blamed it on the online system. Online doesn't drive the cars or make the food, this place sucks!
Placed an order online and received a confirmation email stating it would be ready in 20 for pick up. It is now 55 minutes later and we're still waiting on our food. It would be nice to be given a realistic time frame. This is ridiculous! At this point it doesn't matter if the food is any good, not ordering from here again.
I was a little hesitant with the poor reviews but decided to order online and pick it up. The food was ready when I got there when they said it would be done. The pizza was really good with a light crust. The garlic knots were well seasoned and crisp outside without being over-done. Definitely worth it if you are tired of the chain places.
They delivered to our motel room. The hot chicken sub had lots of vegetables and the spinach calzone had lots of spinach and both tasted very fresh. Tasty! And it came sooner than promised!
Arrived on time, but thats the only good thing going for them. The chicken parm i ordered, was a store bought chicken tender, the pasta was overdone, the sauce was flavorless and the cinnamon "stick" was a pizza pie dough with sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on top with not enough icing. Didnt even finish eating the entire order.
