One of the machines took my money I alerted the attendent and he told me I was wrong and that I put the wrong amount in the washer I told him that its going to be more quarters in the machine then wash cycles counted, He told me to call phone a number for a refund I did and left a message even went on their website. Nobody contacted me back. Stay away from this place poor customer service .
I went there July 19 at 10:35 PM with a single bag of clothes. As I was putting my clothes in the $4.25 machine a man approached me and asked if I am washing and drying clothes. When I responded yes he then informed me that if I am washing I must leave bcuz he needs to clean,the laundry mat will soon be closing. I explained to him that the hours on the door clearly states they close at 12AM and he in turn told me they do not close at 12 and that the actual laundromat closes at 11. The rest of the time is for mopping and cleaning. I then went to the front and spoke to the lady attendant and asked her if I would be able to wash my clothes. She explained to me that as long as I don't sit and fold my clothes I can wash and dry my clothes. That was fine by me because I had no need to sit and fold my clothes however, I found it to be upsetting that I was approached and told that I cannot wash one machine of clothes 85 mins before scheduled closing time. There was a big burly man sitting in the laundry mat when I arrived. He entered shortly b4 me bcuz our machines finished less than 5 minutes apart. This man had 2 $8.25 machines which would mean a longer drying and folding time. However, I did not see that man approached and told that he could not wash his clothes. In fact no one said anything to him. It was a very unpleasant, embarrassing experience. I don't see myself returning to do laundry there even though I live merely 3 blocks away.
0 stars! Worst customer service I have ever seen and they lost my Down Comforter worth $150.00 and wouldn't budge from their offer of $40.00! Don't trust them with anything or you will be sorry too!
