I paid 37 for a full set that last only a week. The nail tech was a young guy who did an absolute horrible job. I was beyond disappointed! I expressed my disappointment to the owner & of course the tried to fix it but nothing helped. It was completely uneven and thick. I'm just moving to knightdale and I'll never recommend this place to anyone! If you value your money and time... then STAY AWAY From THIS PLACE !
Long has been doing my nails for over 12 years. He knows exactly what I like and I don't know what i would do without him. He is more than my nail tech, and I trust him. Vicky does my pedicures and she is wonderful. The atmosphere is always pleasant and although I have my favorites, everyone seems to aim to please. I have never had any issues but I have seen some unreasonable customers. No matter how wrong they are, Long always trys to make them happy anyway. I have seen some of the reviews and the woman most of them are referring to no longer works there. Don't let one bad tech or experience turn you away from this great place.
I have been coming to Knightdale Day Spa for a while now! There is a lady, Mariam who does my nails! She is AMAZING! I hate to see all the negative reviews because I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!!! Great customer service, attitudes, and work in general!!! Love love love this place!!!!
The owner is back working in the salon now and Customer Service was Awesome!!! Fabulous pedicure and eyebrow wax with Vicky and gel nail set with Long this morning and everything was Amazing! Wish I got service like that everywhere. Quick, no wait, and great job. Already received compliments on my nails! Will definitely be back!
I should not have come here, because the few times I've been my experience has not been pleasurable, but it's the only nail salon in Knightdale (speaking of the salon located beside Fugi China) that stays open until 8:00 p.m. I had a 7:00 appointment. An older woman who looks very unhappy did my pedicure. It was rushed and my feet do not feel like they were cleaned properly of the dead skin, nor was the leg massage up to par. Not to mention the lack of nail colors. I will remember not to return no matter how desperate I am.
