Love Tjmaxx!
Very disappointed with this store. I bought a Rae Dunn coffee cup which I was amazed to find for only $5! When I was checking out the cashier forgot to put it in my bag, which is no big deal. I called to let them know that it was left and I couldn't pick it up until a week later because I live about 45 minutes from this store location. A week later I called to make sure it was there before I made the drive and they could not find it and there was not another one of the cups in the store or any other nearby stores. All the manager offered was that I could come in for a $5 refund, which wasn't worth the 45 minute drive that I would have to make, which they were completely aware of. Overall, management need to get this store organized and take better care of their customers.
Love their make up! And service was amazing
All TJ Maxx stores are not created equally. Staff is friendly but very lean clothing options. No good brands.
