Fantastic experience! Everyone was so nice and really did everything to make me as comfortable as possible. It was a completely painless experience.No waiting at all! Very thorough letting me know everything involved. I tend to get anxious when getting dental work done, but I was immediately put at ease!
When I first started attending this dentist I was very satisfied with the everything. Since the practice has gotten bigger it seems that appointments are limited and if you don't make your appointment 6 months out you're likely not to get one unless they call you because someone cancelled which doesn't always happen. I was also told that my son had a cavity. I didn't get the cavity filled and we came back 6 months later to do his second checkup and i was told he no longer has a cavity, again he never got the first one filled. I'm not a dentist however I don't believe cavities just go away. I was also told he needed to get a sealant on his teeth before he turned 15 when his appointment came up to do it I had to reschedule and conveniently when we came back to do to reschedule he didn't need that work done either and it was before he turned 15. So to me it seems this dentist is just trying to make money off people and their insurance companies for work that doesn't need to be done. I am in the process of finding another dentist. With all that said I do like the doctors and the hygienist but the people in the front they should work on their customer service skills.
We are so thankful for having such a wonderful experience at the office. My 4 yr old is so thankful for Dr. Clark and his fantastic assistant for fixing her chipped front tooth today. She said that she liked that he fixed her tooth and that they tickled it. The office has great vibes and it feels like being at home. She has a nice collection of puppies from the toy tower now
Kim at the Knightdale location is my favorite person EVER! She is incredibly thorough, polite, and extremely talented at her job! She didn't ask questions while cleaning my teeth (a pet peeve), and worked very quickly and efficiently. She is going to be my requested hygienist forever! The office is not the cheapest for cash paying clients, like myself - turns out I need a root canal. :( However, I am hoping to speak to the office manager to see if there is something to be done/negotiated so I may continue my excellent care here! Go see Kim!!!
As always, a great experience start to finish. My cleaning by Kari is actually something I look forward to because she is so fun and really make it pleasant. The doctors, staff and everyone are all friendly, courteous and work together like a well oiled machine.
I'll be back again every 6 months! :)
