I stopped by yesterday (Friday) on my way home to get a quote for a 6000 mile service and tire change on my sporster. I arrived shortly after 5pm and and the lights were off, door locked. The open sign was on and a Harley parked in front. Website, google and sign posted said open till 6.
Derek and Ric do great work. They are dependable, top notch, and provide excellent service. Thee took care of my son's atv and had him up and running again quickly. They took care of all the issues and provided a great explanation of what needed to be done. You can stop looking around for an ATV shop to do service work. They are the best in this area!!!!!
Service is always good and fast. Price is affordable. Friendly staff.
To keep it real, one guy runs the shop and his name is Derek. He will get you right as quick as he can. He is usually super busy but that dude will make sure your bike is right every time!
The owner, Derek, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have not taken a bike there to get worked on, but I have called the shop and talked to him on numerous occasions. I just finished rebuilding my first dirt bike and Derek was the person I called if I ever got stuck or needed advice. He never seemed to get annoyed with my questions and never tried to cut the call short. He was extremely genuine and I wouldn't have been able to successfully rebuild my dirtbike without him. He managed to help me diagnose every problem that I came across during the rebuild without even seeing what I was working with. I even had trouble understanding what he was talking about a couple times, and he took the time to explain to me in detail and paint a picture to better explain what he was trying to say. I would, without a doubt, take my bike there and trust his shop 100%. By talking to him, he seems to really know what he's doing and he has earned my personal trust with bikes. I wouldn't trust another shop after dealing with him for a month during the rebuild. I even offered to give a donation to the shop for all the help he has given me, but he proudly declined. This is the shop that you want to take your bike or quad to. From my impression of him, he takes pride in his shop and what they do and will help you in anyway. He seems to treat his customers almost like their family and I will vouch that there is nothing that he can't fix. It was incredible that he had the knowledge to diagnose my problems over the phone without even looking at my complete engine rebuild.
