I would not recommend anyone to go to Auto Direct and Wendell dealing with the manager they are named Chris he was very rude to the point he called me a b**** about 6 times and my response back to him that make things any better the altercation that to where he slammed the door on me about 4 times at the open it say when he have to say in closing it back because of a car that I brought from them almost a year now with the same problem they said that they car have Carfax reports which is a lie because they say that my car was not involved in accident and found out that it was.They never fix the problem to the car so I had to go to the other dealership of theirs in Knightdale and spoken with Dan the one that I purchased the car from and he was very polite and very helpful I recommend Knightdale not Wendell if you didn't with Auto Direct

I was extremely nervous about buying my first car, and had bad experiences and dealerships on top of that. I had been talked down to and pushed around. I found the perfect jeep on auto trader, being sold by these guys. I hesitantly called, and spoke with Brandon. He practically sold me the car over the phone. He was very friendly and did not pressure me at all. He made me want to drive over an hour away to look at this car. Once I got there, everyone was so friendly! Mike ended up selling me the car, along with another manager that was there. They got my paperwork through quickly, and made sure I was comfortable. It was a great experience all around. I will definitely recommend them. The drive is worth it! Thank you guys!
