Good business ethic is much to be desired with this company. Connie is not available to speak to her clients unless they decide that they are not interested in her services anymore after receiving misleading time frames of when work would be completed. It took over 3 weeks for my taxes to get amended and that is because I did not stop emailing her company. Finally, she responded to me and assured me that I was delusional about when I was told the work would be done. After sending her several emails showing proof of how long I was told it would take to do my simple amendment, she informed me that she would have to stay late after work to finish my taxes. Please, be aware I have no investment property and I do not have a business. My taxes were super simple. I was told by another tax preparer that has been doing taxes for 22 years and that it would take no longer than 20 minutes. Even if it took her 2 hours, I don't believe $500 dollars minus the "so-called" discount of $ 100 dollars for my troubles is hardly justifiable!!! Its sad that she let a bad experience turn into a worse experience because of greed and selfishness. I definitely did not have a good experience and will never step foot in her office again. Good luck on robbing the poor via dishonest charges Connie!

We have been clients of Connie Wells for a decade. I honestly can't say enough good things about her and her staff. They have ALWAYS done a super job for us, making sure we don't end up paying too much tax, but also making sure we do everything right. From our corporate taxes, to our personal, to helping us not be Quickbooks morons -- they are the best.
This is a busy CPA office for sure. However, once I went through their steps for tax returns and saw how they did things I was impressed. They have saved me a lot of money convincing me to change from Sole Prop to S corp and I get several payroll reviews throughout the year to make sure I am paying enough and not too much. All of that costs but it's worth it. Connie or one of her staff is quick to respond to calls and emails and I never have to remind them of my due dates. They are always reminding me.
